Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Original tags and packaging must be intact.
• The item must not show signs of wear, damage, stains, or alterations.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Size Exchange

If you need a different size, we'll gladly exchange your item, subject to stock availability.

If your requested size is unavailable, we'll offer an exchange for another available product of equal value or provide store credit.

Return Policy

Returns are only accepted if:

• You receive the wrong product.
• The product arrives damaged or defective.
• The item has a manufacturing defect.

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Used or washed products.
• Items without original tags.
• Products damaged due to misuse.
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective).

Exchange Process

1. Contact our customer support with your order number.
2. Share clear photos if required.
3. Once approved, we'll guide you through the exchange process.
4. After receiving and inspecting the product, we'll dispatch your replacement.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping charges unless the error was on our side or the product was received damaged.
